Q. I'm having trouble logging in to get my email using either horde or neomail. I keep getting an error that I am unable to access my email or make a new account, can you please tell me why? A. This seems to be a bug in CPanel. Try logging into your cpanel and going to the web mail icon. Select 'Horde' to read your email. Here you will put in your user name and password and have access to all of your email accounts in one location.
